Today's spots, graded by the solver

Eight first-in decisions dealt from the chart library this morning. Pick an action; the solver's exact frequency for that hand appears, with the chart it came from. No account, new spots tomorrow.

What the app's free plan adds

  • Twenty graded training hands a day, preflop and postflop
  • EV feedback in big blinds on every decision, not just a frequency
  • RNG mode for the mixed hands, so you learn to randomise correctly
  • Leak tracking by street, so you can see what is actually costing you
  • Every feature of the app visible and usable; the free plan is limited by a daily allowance, not by hiding features

Study the spots between drills

The charts the trainer deals from are all public: push/fold charts from 5 to 20 big blinds in chip EV and ICM, opening ranges for tournaments and 6-max cash, and every one of the 169 starting hands from every seat.

Questions

Is the trainer really free?
The spots on this page are free with no account at all. The app's free plan adds twenty graded training hands a day, preflop and postflop, with EV feedback on every decision, and never asks for a card.
Where do the spots come from?
From the same solver-solved charts published on this site: push/fold ranges from 8 to 20 big blinds, tournament opening ranges at 15 and 20 big blinds, and 6-max cash opening ranges. Each spot links to its chart.
What does "the solver does this 62%" mean?
Many hands are mixed: the solver takes one action some of the time and another the rest. When your answer is an action the solver takes at a meaningful frequency, it is not wrong, it is part of the strategy. The grade shows the whole mix so you can see how close a hand is to the line.
Do the spots change?
Every day. The page deals a new set of eight each morning, drawn to prefer hands the solver mixes, because those are the ones worth thinking about.
What does the app add?
Postflop spots, EV feedback in big blinds on every decision rather than a frequency, RNG mode for mixed strategies, and leak tracking by street over time. Twenty graded hands a day are free.
