A premium hand — open it first-in from every position. As stacks get short it only gets stronger — at 5bb 66 is a jam from essentially every seat.
Position matters: from under-the-gun (LoJack) 66 opens 76% of the time, rising to 100% on the Button as fewer players are left to act behind you. The later you are, the wider you can open.
The common mistake with 66 is playing it too passively — slow-playing or flat-calling when the solver simply raises it for value from every seat. Open it, and be ready to get the money in.
